Hell Desk is a free customer-service conversation game with optional video ads and a one-time purchase to remove ads. No game account is required.

Game data Progress, language preference, settings and ad-frequency counters are stored on your device. The developer does not run an account or gameplay server for this game. Deleting app data removes local progress; this does not refund or remove store-managed purchases.

Advertising The game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to serve ads and manage privacy choices. Depending on device, permissions and consent, Google and its advertising partners may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad impressions, taps and video interactions, crash reports and performance information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service reliability. Network communications use encrypted transport. Google controls its own retention and international processing practices; see https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Where required, a consent form appears before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices through “Ad privacy” on the title screen and use your operating system's advertising controls. Choosing not to consent does not prevent you from playing. Buying Remove Ads stops future interstitial ad requests, but does not erase data previously processed by advertising services.

Purchases Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. The game queries store-managed purchase information to enable and restore ad removal. The developer does not receive payment-card details. There is no RevenueCat service. Apple and Google purchases are separate and do not transfer across platforms. Store privacy policies apply to their processing.

Your choices and requests You may clear local game data using your device settings. This game does not provide a developer-hosted account to delete. For privacy questions, access/deletion requests, purchase problems or bug reports, contact dionodonstudio@gmail.com. For data held by Apple or Google, also use their account privacy controls; the developer cannot directly delete their store or advertising records.

Audience and updates This game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask for age, name, email or precise location in gameplay. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us. The policy may be updated when the game or its services change; the current date appears above.

Support For lost ad removal, use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase. Purchase restoration does not restore game progress. Include your platform, app version and a description of the issue when contacting support. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
